MMAZ/Certiplex Corporation furnishes cosmetics to stores and distributors. We serve to educate, furnish supplies, provide information, and assist individuals to enter the cosmetics distribution business.
We do not guarantee earnings. Estimates are solely presented to assist in estimating earning potential.
We will replace any part of the program that is damaged or non-functional. No refunds. Customer bears full responsibility to perform research before ordering. We furnish many valuable trade secrets, instructional materials and expensive customized listings. It is considered proprietary.
Custom location lists are considered proprietary. Location lists are designed to assist in placement of MMAZ products and MMAZ point-of-sale cosmetics boxes only. If necessary, we will replace any rejected locations for replacement.

The use of the Quick-Start guide and all other materials is at the sole discretion of the reader. We believe that the facts presented are accurate. In the event that any legal action is instituted by the purchaser, under this agreement to enforce or interpret any of the terms hereof, the purchaser shall be entitled to be paid all court costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the purchaser with respect to such action including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, incurred in connection with such action. By making a purchase it is understood that purchaser is agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions.
